Swish Property Fund
The core of the business is Swish Property Fund which houses all long-term investment assets. The Fund, exclusively owned by the Executive Team and the Lanfranchi Family, has built a portfolio across various property sectors in South Africa. The primary make-up of assets is convenience retail centres, residential apartment blocks, large scale bespoke student accommodation under the brand MY DOMAIN STUDENT LIVING, prime A-grade commercial buildings and specialised healthcare centres. Asset and property management functions are fulfilled internally.
