GIANCARLO LANFRANCHI
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Giancarlo founded Swish Property Group in 1995, Born into a construction family, he has property in his DNA. He has proved to be a property visionary, innovator and trendsetter.
He plays a key role in the company’s deal structuring, Recognising, for example, the potential investment and community value in mixed-use development ahead of the Western Cape market, he has been one of its early pioneers.
He has also been responsible for many award-winning developments in the region and has built a personal portfolio of long-term assets in Swish. He co-founded Leftfield Capital, a UK-based long term, property holding fund.
He also co-founded Equites, the only specialist logistics REIT listed on the JSE and a leader in developing and acquiring world-class logisitics assets in South Africa and the UK.
CHRYSTAL GRAUSO CA (SA)
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chrystal, a Stellenbosch University graduate, joined Swish as CFO in 2007 after a successful auditing career, where she specialised in the property sector.
She brings a wealth of financial and business acumen to the entire Swish Group. She is central in all facets of the business, heading up operations and finance, and serving as Executive Director and shareholder of Swish Property Fund.

STEPHEN SWANEPOEL
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Stephen’s immersion in the property sector began with an independent property consulting business. He worked with high-net-worth South Africans seeking off-shore investment opportunities, notably in the UK.
He then joined Annenberg Property Group, and over seven years assembled one of the largest private specialised healthcare funds in South Africa.
He joined Swish as a Director and shareholder in 2015. Stephen heads up Swish Property Fund and is responsible for group asset management, strategy and business development.
